How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on your home’s size, condition, and the type of clean you need. You’ll receive a quote after filling out the contact form.

Do you require a booking fee?

Yes — we use a small booking fee to secure your appointment.
This is standard in the cleaning industry and:

  • Confirms your spot on the schedule

  • Protects against no-shows

  • Goes toward the cost of your clean

Booking fee: $25 (applied to your total on cleaning day)

If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and your booking fee moves with you.

How do payments work?

Payment is due at the end of service.
We accept: Cash App, Venmo, or cash.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled clean may forfeit the booking fee.
Outside of 24 hours? No charge — we simply move you to another day.

Do you clean Airbnb / short-term rentals?

Yes. We offer full turnover services, including laundry, restocking, and fast between-guest cleaning. Just choose “Short-Term Rental Turnover” on the contact form.

Do you offer home organization?

Yes — we offer dedicated organization sessions for closets, pantries, and general decluttering. Add it to your quote or mention it in the notes.

Do I get a recurring discount?

Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients receive discounted rates.

FAQs

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. You’re welcome to be home, but it’s not required. Most clients either leave a spare key, code, or let us in when we arrive.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes — all supplies and tools are provided. If you have special products you prefer, just let us know.

Do you clean pet homes?

Yes! We work in homes with pets daily. Please let us know ahead of time how many pets you have so we can plan correctly. We also offer pet-care add-ons. Visit our Add-On section for more.

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

A quick tidy (picking up clothes, toys, dishes, etc.) helps us focus on actual cleaning. If the home is cluttered or needs extra time, we’ll let you know before we begin.

How long does a clean take?

Most standard cleans take 2–3 hours, depending on size, condition, and add-ons. Deep cleans and move-outs take longer.
